With the objective of keeping continuously abreast with the best environmental practices and corporate culture development in regards to environmental protection and management, the Group constantly implements activities concerning ongoing environmental education and awareness for its employees, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, public and local authorities.
Indicatively, in 2016, 52% (1,803 man-hours) of our employees at the Group’s refineries were trained in regards to environmental issues, presented in the following table.
